Tickets are non-refundable, but transferrable. However, if the event is somehow cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

No, there is free parking available on site.

Please make sure to print or screenshot tickets and have them ready for checker at the door.

No, all tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no exceptions made.

There is no smoking allowed inside the venue, however there is smoking allowed outside the venue in the courtyard. We ask that you be courteous of other guest and the vendors, please.

No outside food or drinks allowed, especially alcohol. We have a cash bar available at the event. We will be suppling unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, and heavy hors d'oeuvres.

The Ball bans firearms of any type on our premises. This includes those attendees who maintain a Georgia Weapons Carry License or a similar permit from another state. No functioning projectile weapons including water pistols, silly-silly guns, and ping-pong pistols.
